Considering the world's increasing food need, producing products that comply with international standards, have been made efficient with investments in R&D, and are offered to consumers with environmentally friendly production steps should be among the main goals of the Turkish industry. Following this, as Efor Holding, we are extremely meticulous in the tea production, which is the most consumed beverage in Turkey. As Efor Tea, which accounts for approximately 10% of the annual tea sales in our country, we provide service with three fresh tea production facilities and three packaging facilities.

Efor Tea  started in 2005 and today has become one of the five top tea producers in Turkey. We meet 10% of the annual tea needs in our country and continue to work with our leadership goal and innovative approaches. As Efor Tea, we aim to introduce Turkish tea to the world and contribute to the country's exports.

Journey from field to cup

Since the day we were founded, we have been acting with the principle of "No Compromise on Tea Quality". We strictly trace the entire process from soil to tea cup. We collect the best quality tea leaves from the aroma-rich regions of the Black Sea and deliver them from warehouses to Efor Tea factories in accordance with food safety standarts. We carry out all stages meticulously, from production to packaging, and ensure the continuity of high product quality for 12 months. As Efor Tea we offer quality and 100% natural products perfect for every taste. We are proud to be a tea brand preferred by millions of people, appearing in chain, local and discount markets in 81 provinces in a short time. We are working with the goal of becoming Turkey's leading tea brand by increasing our production capacity and adding innovative products to our portfolio.

 

We are one of the largest fresh tea processing facilities in Turkey, with a daily capacity of 612 tons of tea leaves processing and 209 tons of packaging in an area of ​​21 thousand square meters in our Trabzon Of facility. We operate two factories in Artvin Arhavi 1, on an area of ​​8,200 thousand square meters, with a daily tea leaves processing capacity of 280 tons and 21 tons of packaging, and in Artvin Arhavi 2, on an area of ​​16 thousand square meters, with 119 tons of tea leaves processing. Our factory, located in Tuzla, Istanbul, on an area of ​​4 thousand square meters, with a daily packaging capacity of 20 tons, is one of our important facilities.

 

As Efor Tea we offer 55 types of loose leaf tea, tea bags, teapot bags, fruit, herbal and form teas.

We have different product types ranging from 1.5 grams to 40 grams in teapot and cup tea bags, and from 100 grams to 5 thousand grams in the loose leaf group. We offer a total of 55 different products to our consumers, including loose leaf, teapot and tea bags, herbal, fruit, form tea and O.P.A Ceylon tea varieties.

 

Efor Tea is certified with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal and TSE certificates. In this context, we carry out our tea production within the framework of sustainability and traceability from soil to cup. We finalize our activities with international certifications such as the Rainforest Alliance valid worldwide. In addition, we support domestic production and contribute to the sustainability of quality production by providing training to our producers on the planting and tea harvesting.
